it matters what email your trying to get so tell me what email account you have and i can help but i have a feeling you have a gmail so this should help you or anyone else who is tring to get mobile email through pop or imap for gmail goto your gmail account on a actual computer sign in click setting should be at the top right corner of the screen the click forwarding and pop/imap in the settings bar then click   the circle next to "Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded)" then log out get back on your mobile phone and redo the pop set up that you did the first time and it should work..... if not see if you can go through imap and do the same thing the imap setting are right under the pop settings goodluck if none of that works let me know i can further assist
