Anyone else have this problem?

My bluetooth will pair with my headset fine, but at random times will suddenly lose its connection. Bluetooth on phone shows still active, and headset is still on, but there is no sound on either the phone or the earpiece. Must deactivate bluetooth, and power earpiece off in order to reestablish connection.

Earpiece never did this with my other phone, and distance is not the issue.

Any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix it?
