1.unlock phone and go to keypad wer u wuld type in someones number to call.
2.type in *#197328640#
3.ur screen shuld change to programming page.
4.click the number 8 at the bottom.....which shuld b audio.
5.then click 3....which shuld be....spk config
6.then click 4...which shuld be....AV-QTune(MP3)
7.then click 1...which shuld be SPK MP3 Vol
8.now most important part....it shows current sound levels so wut i do usually is click ----6---- which only changes ur loudest level...so ur fones volume will be normal all tha way until level 14 then it will increase signifigantly.ut wen u click 6 ur fone will make a very qwik flash then click the blinking space wer u wuld be able to type in sumting.
9.wen the screen pops up u kan type in any numer u wunt..the default is -9.0
10.also wen typing these numers in always add an extra 0 to the end
EX.if u type in 10...the fone will read as 1.0......if u type in 100.....the fone will read 10.0
if all of this is done correctly u kan exit out normally and ur 14 level volume will be louder.if u need extra help message me....and if u mess sumtin up it not my fault but if u message me i kan assure u i will tell u way to fix it
